THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD IS AFTER

THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD IS AFTER DECIDING TO BUY AS THERE WAS A 30 DISCOUNT THAT MADE THIS SLIGHTLY OVER OUR BUDGET THIS WAS FINE AS WE LOVE THE SOFA BED aFTER WE WENT BACK NTO THE SHOP SAID GREAT WE WILL HAVE ONE HE THEN TOLD US THERE WAS A 99 DELIVERY CHARGE THAT NEARLY MADE US CHANGE OUR MINDS AS WE WE WERE OVER BUDGET ALREADY AND NOW BEFORE CHRISTMAS WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE WE SAVE THE EXRA 100 READYTO PAY IN NEW YEAR WE SHOULD BEEN TOLD THIS FROM THE START AND THEN DECIDED OR THERE SHOULD BE A SIGN AT LEAST SAYING THERE IS A DELIVERY CHARGE AND CTHE COST I DONT LIKE HIDEN EXTRAS BUT THE SOFA WE LOVE SO HAD NO CHOICE

Had a lovely day out in Essex culminating in a trip to get an ergonomic bed Wonderful way to top off a great day out Especially with such attentive service from Lee Will be coming back for other items soon

Our experience with sleep8 was great

Our experience with sleep8 was great They delivered it sooner than expected which was fantastic as it came before Christmas Sam and Yaw delivered it and they were great took care of every thing and made sure no walls were damaged in the process of getting it through the house Only issue we had was the feet that came with delivery didn t fit on the sofa so they had to come back with the correct feet This is the only reason i haven t put 5stars

Value for Money

Great bed mattress with good value for Money Cutting away one star due to poor personal hygiene of one of the staff that came for delivery installation the room was full of body smell for good 3 days despite opening the windows using incense sticks

Very easy and professional delivery by

Very easy and professional delivery by Sam Osman and Akin apologies if I have mis-spelt names The order process was a little more difficult as there was mix up by the company I had a delivery date set but was informed one day before that the order had not been processed and my mattress would need to be ordered again This meant a one month delay However the company did apologise and I received a small compensation And the quality of the product is excellent so I m happy I waited for it

The staff at High Wycombe were excellent Camilla Jeeva helpful knowledgeable Difficulties occurred over payment as we wanted to pay by credit card We were advised to phone customer services but again they couldn t take credit card payment So another trip to HW had to be made to pay Now awaiting a delivery date which we requested for within 2wks as items are in stock Have been told up to 6wks

Mixed review

The bed is lovely and very comfortable This is the second bed we ve purchased from Sleep 8 and our first experience was absolutely outstanding a definite 5 5 However our second experience was less than satisfactory due to issues with the third-party delivery and assembly service used by Sleep 8 The delivery team had no idea how to assemble the bed and only realized this after scattering all the parts across the room I was shocked as I had assumed they would be knowledgeable and prepared beforehand To make matters worse the team was unprofessional and seemed rushed eager to move on to their next delivery They even asked me to sign off on an incomplete job which I refused I had to contact Sleep 8 directly to report the issue and thankfully they promptly sent one of their own colleagues within a couple of hours to resolve the problem I strongly recommend that Sleep 8 carefully monitor the performance of third-party services as they can tarnish the company s otherwise excellent reputation

Good purchase and delivery experience

Was looking to upgrade to a bigger bed and chose Sleep8 The staff at Bluewater were very friendly and helpful and made the purchase process really efficient The delivery team did a good job by posting regular updates and sending a text the evening prior to delivery with a time slot The delivery team called 30 mins prior to arriving and arrived on time They did a great job in carrying the heavy headboard up the stairs and into the room and quickly assembled the bed and took away all packaging Good experience overall
