Sleep 8 have just delivered my sofa bed and I couldn t rate their service highly enough The team in the High Wycombe store were extremely helpful in getting the best suited product for me and the delivery team today were fantastic too having delivered and built it within an hour The updates regarding delivery dates and times were accurate and greatly appreciated too as not all businesses offer such a responsive customer service network All round a great service from start to finish and I m delighted with the product

Firstly I want to share that What I ordered I got the same bed and Mattress I am very happy if I spend money it has worth Secondly really appreciate about the guys jack Noah Dayle who delivered my bed and mattress Also they assembled the bed They are so efficient kind and amazing Thank you so much for your services

The High Wycombe store is excellent Tatiana and Jai were very friendly and helped me choose the right products for my new home I got the items delivered in two weeks as promised Jack Steve and Daryl are gems The delivery was smooth without any problems I am a happy customer

The sales team at Bluewater Sleep 8 were very nice and super helpful Mention especially to Emilija and Francis Emilija spent a long time explaining all the different mattresses to us and allowed us time to test them We went away for a think When we returned Emilija wasn t there so Francis stepped in answered some additional questions and completed the sale The store assistants were great Let hope the mattress is as impressive we bought a super king iSense Hybrid Premier mattress

We spoke to Beverley at Bluewater who was lovely and absolutely brilliant at equipping us with everything we needed to know about mattresses beds sofa beds and massage chairs that are on our wishlist for a new property we have in development for next year The flexibility to custom order and hold items in the warehouse pause production is super helpful especially for us moving into a new home Will definitely be back in a few months to order these items for our new home next year

Excellent customer service by Sleep 8 Words cannot describe how accomodating they were with my order and even though I had to change my delivery address due to unfortunate events the whole team and especially Hasib made sure that everything went smoothly As for the product itself Sleep 8 provides top quality products Highly recommend them
