Agree with previous reviews Product ordered over a month ago and no delivery Despite numerous emails to the supposed support line no reply Looks like a scam to me

Never received my package

Ordered 2 weeks ago I expected to wait because this will come from China Fine They Give you these generic updates to keep you thinking it s coming Then they tell you it s out for delivery and it never comes One day it s arriving at your home by 9pm Then it does t show up I email with no response Then I get another update stating it waiting to be scanned Again I email No response I haven t even gotten this product and I can t tell you how frustrated I am with this process I e never even heard of Yun Express delivery Can t track it without downloading an app And if I believe their updates I guess I just get to keep hoping for a miracle that one day it will be correct Never again

This sleepband company is the worst I have ever dealt with I placed an order in November 10th for Christmas presents Up to this day January 7th I have not received my order I ve tried sending several emails only to get an automated response Their 866 number never gets through Always busy I went to their Facebook page Left a message Nothing Don t waste your time and money And now seeing the reviews of such a cheap product I am going to have to deal with my credit card company to be reimbursed

I purchased the SleepBand for my wife to help her have a restful uninterrupted sleep at night She tried for several nights and said it did not help her at all Thank you for letting us return the product for a full refund Michael Floyd

My husband bought this for my birthday

My husband bought this for my birthday and we made sure it was from sleepband com We never received the product and when we go back to the order confirmation and look up the order number it says there is no order even though our credit card has been charged We contacted support last week but we have not heard anything I was so excited for this as I am such a light sleeper and we have six kids so I need something to shut out the noise We don t have a ton of money so I can t just go and get another one Really upset

Frauds Stay away Do not order

I wish I could give negative review I ordered a sleep band pro and they falsely promised 3 day delivery 1 these thugs delivered this in 10 days2 I just got a normal useless non electronic sleep band not worth more than 100rs and I paid 1700 They just thugs Refund the money in 1 day or I ll file a case in consumer forum same time tomorrow

Completely unusable

Tiny product and extremely tight That s comming from a fit man with a shaved head The controls on the front are rock hard and put so much pressure on your forehead you get a headache within minutes Material have very little give and is not very breathable Unusable

Shipment Never Received

Ordered a sleepband pro my shipment got marked as delivered and I never received it Contacted support and they proved to not have any intention of remedying the situation Complete scam as far as I m aware Buy a product from a legitimate retailer

How long is this supposed to take

I ordered a sleepband on November 18 and I ve received many spam emails in the following days Now more than a month later I still haven t received my order and the costumer service isn t replying to the two emails I sent in the last week This is beyond frustrating
