Good quality doors but poor instructions

Good quality doors Extremely poor instructions for installation of soft closing catches Neither myself or a qualified builder were able to fit them Despite a 2hour - 2man attempt We have had sliding wardrobe doors in a previous property and only purchased these after being reassured by someone in your showroom that these were superior and easy to install The soft closing catches were a USP This was not our experience and we are very disappointed We could have saved money and gone to B Q
