FUBAR case of customer retention

Trying to provide a small rampup up of the purchase van head to tail Due to the fact I have no experience with their material and have been adviced to work with them on my desired order I called with their sales departement because I wanted the dark antraciet stones with the coating layer glossy Unfortunatly they did not have those but they had a great one time over A batch that would come with over 1600 m2 of stones that would match my wishes I noted down his name of the sales person and he called me back stating that the stones he mentioned where not even active on the website and he activated this for me which would make him traceable fin their system so I could order them online I clearly asked for a order by phone to prevent what has happend I used the number he has given me by phone typed it in the searchbar and proceeded with my order Due to the fact these stone would come directly form the vendor I could only order stones with them But fine I would be helped with the stones alone The ETA for the stoned would be mid June 2020 confirmed by their employee without a pre warning I received a message that my shipment would be delivered min April bring me and the folks that would do the job in seruous jeopardy The 3 stacks stones were literly dumped in my front yard Coming to find out the stones I have received were 100 the once I wished and discussed and requested when I was on the phone They are as light as normal streettiles and wanted dark antraciet tiles So I picked up the phone to call the customer complaint number no answer try it it funny Sales no problem customer complaints nobody is home In the IVR I picked another choice an that women was very impolite but at least she was clear It was my own fault I paid for it I got what I ordered and they were a webshop so my compaints had to go through the website I furiously followed her guidance just to get an email un a peacefull subday morning telling me the person I have spoken to doesn t even wokr there and that the return and logostical cost woul be over 200 07 next to the 136 I approximatly paid for initial 1st time shipping Problem the page screenshots available that I got to order contained wet rained tiles and footage It seems to be to color I needed for my garden Reality the once I have received are 100 NOT the color I have requested discussed orderedSolution a I am willing to pay logistical fee but nog higher than the initial logistical costs I have not moved an inch further away so why raise the logostical costs on a unhappy customer in this COrona time customer retention is key b we undo the sales and I get a full refund Good are untouched and still on the place where they were dumpedc accept their crazy offer and legally claim my right and the fact that they are using pictures of a product that does not match the actual product I also lost income due to having to stay home for delivery At least 50 minutes on the phone with folks that do Sales but absolutly no afterSales Almost see no reason why I would use their service read Products because they do not value me as a customer nor my money Check these product number yourselvedelivered light grey ish 7223Required dark antraciet black ish page with wet stones does not help prinstscreen created for legal purposes 7233Have no issue to bare the blaim but I tried to get the help I needed to prevent this from happening Therefore I exspect a reasonable solution to get me what I need or refund If they can t deliver Why always blaim the customer

Very bad service The driver didn t communicated didn t called didn t left the receipt didn t even ring the bell Fake reviews on the website you can t give a review bad quality and on top delivered in front of next door Super bad customer service

Broken and two different coloured tiles

Broken damaged tiles and two complete different colours despite ordering one colour Refusing to help us or correct the problem 800 euros and we are left with a garden full of sand for weeks until they sort their mistake What kind of customer services delivers broken and wrong coloured products and then refuses to accept responsibility or offer a solution SHAMEFUL I want assistance NOW

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst Customer service was awful they were more or less waiting until the day was over and it was weekend so they didn t have to deal with us They just dropped the stones somewhere close but not at the address To say that the truck is 18 meters long is not something you should HIDE in general terms not a lot of people read those and that is just obviously misleading I know they can say it is written there but that is NOT how you do business Super unprofessional

Wrong and No Product Delivery

I ordered paving which came out to be wrong I tried coming in touch with them via making a complain via thier website account There was no response It seems like they provide me with a cheap paving and now do not want to exchange I ordered a A class paving of different colour Only the size and m2 match and everything else is different Also I ordered bordering elements which was not delivered No response for whole one week Then after 1 week I found out that they have deliver my products to a different address as the person to whom they delivered called me I had to use my car to make couple of trips to get 500 kg of product Please avoid them as do not care about the customer once they get paid There was no response when you try to get in touch with them

Worse service that I have ever

Worse service that I have ever experienced anywhere The people are rude and not helpful at all The material is not delivered and no one answers or responds to emails The call center keeps on telling me to hold the line and then they drop the calls I cannot express enough how bad their service is
