Just purchased a new home in Frisco TX Specialized Loan Servicing SLS purchased the loan from Thrive Mortgage I received a welcome call within days from SLS and thanked me for my recent purchase and shared they were here to help with anything I may need Several days later I received another call from SLS to check in and see how the unpacking was going They reminded me my first payment would be due on 8 1 2022 and walked me through their online payment options Again very courteous and helpful I m very impressed with their service level Made me feel special and valued as a customer Highly recommend this fine company

A payment I made was somehow lost The rep who helped me made sure it was researched they found it and she called me the next day Everything was corrected and she made sure I understood before she hung up Very kind compassionate professional and excellent at her job I appreciated this very much

I mailed my February payment it came

I read several feedbacks when I was initially sold to SLS and I there are many very bad comments so I was immediately concerned Upon making a few calls and speaking to the Reps I found most all of them to be quite helpful courteous and knowledgeable This transition involves a few possible steps which can seem confusing at first but we are talking about mortgages so it is necessary for the borrower to be somewhat well educated with the process and this will make things go smoothly The bad reviews appear to be from those who were negligent on their part to stay on top of the transition

Made me feel important

I mailed my February payment it came back by US mail marked Undeliverable at this address which I confirmed was correct have no idea why Post Office returned it So not to be late on payment I did online one time E Check I called next day to verify it V was received and I did correct and also to inform you that my nail was returned undeliverable
