SUPER Scammy - Stay AWAY

This is the most scammy company I have ever doubt with They have tried to trick us every step of the way They provide faulty or incomplete info on the invoices to delay your ability to make payments so they can make more interest and SO many more shady practices They don t respond to escalations They have lost multiple checks I ve sent them or find a reason to send them back just to delay payment so they can make more interest I m retaining a lawyer STAY AWAY

I contacted the company because my home insurance was supposed to be paid through my escrow by February 15th It still wasn t paid on March 7th and was about to be cancelled I called and got transferred 4 times before getting to the right department I was told the payment had been sent standard mail but since the insurance was about be cancelled they would send a payment expedited mail and it would arrive in 3 days This should have been March 10th On March 15th one month after the payment was due the automated system said the payment wasn t mailed until March 9th So still no payment which means no insurance I don t know if this was a lie incompetence or lack of care Either way I am dissatisfied

Stay AWAY Absolutely horrid customer support All they will do is read the script and do nothing to address an issue I paid off my loan and have been trying to get the excess money back and close my account for two weeks and I have gotten nowhere Zero response from them My account now says that they will take 285 of the excess money even though I have a zero balance All they do is make you jump through hoops trying to get anything done while doing nothing to help you One of if not the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with

This company paid the wrong property

This company paid the wrong property taxes I got a delinquent notice on my taxes and contacted them After 6 months of constant calls to them I finally got them to pay our property taxes however for the last 9 months they increased our escrow amount 800 a month They still have not refunded the overpayment on some one else s property taxes and I have called every 4 days to get runarounds no call backs nice employees but never get someone who can actually do something I will have to take them to small claims court I was advised that if I quit making the higher escrow payment that they would suspend our loan So we have borrowed on our VISAs at 30 to make the payment and still they keep promising call backs that don t happen and no refund Find another company that you can trust to make the right property tax payment

I took out a HELOC and paid my monthly payments through my regular banking bill pay The challenge is that SLS doesn t send their monthly invoices on time AND the monthly payment has changed every month for the past 6 months and some months by the time I receive the invoice I ve already paid the wrong amount I tried upping my payment by 100 month but just last month it wasn t enough I can afford the payments no problem and despite being middle aged have NEVER had a ding on my payment history until now and they were also my first for a late payment fee of 99 You have to let your customers know what their payment is unless you are expecting us to be psychic They also rarely if EVER reply to email once your loan has been funded so get ready to make customer service phone calls and wait on hold

They won t even give me my account number

I got my mortgage sold to these people two months ago one month after refi I have yet to see a bill but the old mortgage place says my loan payment is due July 1 The old mortgage people gave me an Expected Loan and SLS says that s wrong they don t let me talk to a person without the correct one which of course I don t know and I can t even ask a question on their chat support I can t even mail the check because they will mis-attribute the money without the account number So basically there is no way to find the correct account number for a bill payment due in a week So I have no way to pay them but you bet your bottom dollar they ll blame me for being late

this company is a scam at best if you want a company that cannot handle money or your escrow account this is the place for you over charged for my taxes that I have to pay my self customer service is friendly but does nothing repeat over billing on transfers from my checking account

They ll take your money instantly but trying to save Be prepared to wait months for you request

At the time I m writing this 6 22 I have been trying to remove PMI since 3 22 Still unsuccessful and I ve followed EVERYTHING they ve asked of me 95 of the reps have given me horrendous support and erroneous information Anytime SLS wants money they get it with the snap of the fingers but if you want to try and save money without trying to refi be prepared for the long haul It WILL NOT BE EASY

Horrible Automated System That Repeats

Horrible Automated System That Repeats Selected all the correct prompts and entered account information that would just route me to an operator for it to restart the automation system Not sure if they are just hanging up forcing the system to restart the questionnaire but it took me over 15-minutes to find another way to reach customer support about an escrow question Save yourself time and press 8

I hate this company THEY CALL YOU

I hate this company THEY CALL YOU and if you answer it says please hold for next representative it keeps repeating and then hangs up so basically I m done answering their calls Hopefully I ll be done with him within the next year anyway
