Customer service was very kind and understood why I called I explained that I had not received copies for two months to keep in my files She said she would mail them to me and in a few days I got them I do not remember her name but was so impressed with how fast she took care of my needs Thank you

Representative was patient and helpful Only complaint is that it took me over 5 minutes to actually get a representative as multiple times I had to put in loan numbers etc to get to actually speak to someone

I have been doing business with your company many years and every time i call to get some information your is always willing to assist and very thorough in explaining the information I am inquiring Helen my point of contact on the modification of my loan is just as helpful as the other representative and always asked if there is anything else they can do for me Very pleasant representative
