Mark is professional He can find out a lot of defects no matter major or minor Even four months after finishing the snagging report Mark gives valuable advice for pushing developer to deal with some issue

Both Cheryl and Mark are helpful and friendly Cheryl was very responsible answering questions quickly and told me everything that I should know Mark is friendly and professional He did a very thorough inspection of my apartment and found even very minor defects I was impressed that the report could be received on the same day The report is very detailed with photos indicating the defects Excellent service I would definitely recommend MAH

New build snagging by MAH

Marc came to our new build Bloor home and carried out a snagging exam Marc is polite and prompt and is very thorough in his work Marc found a total of 214 problems compared to our list of 15 The majority of the snags were easily rectified but several were not up to NHBC standards we would not have known about the problems if Marc hadn t pointed them out Personally in my opinion if you are spending a large amount of cash on a new property why wouldn t you have the property snagged Also if you want top notch job of snagging to be carried out then you should have MAH to do the work

Mark is a professional snagger He inspected the house carefully and very detail He can find some snags that people normally cannot see or missing part The important thing is Cheryl can send the report to me on same day It can pass the report to developer and solve the snags quickly MAH is highly recommended

From my initial enquiry to receiving the report the service delivered by MAH inspections was second to none Mark is incredibly thorough in his inspection and clearly very knowledgable My wife and I now have complete peace of mind that all issues within our property have been found and will be remedied by the developer If you re on the fence about getting a snagging inspection done do yourself a favour and book one in Furthermore do yourself an even bigger favour and book one in with MAH

Great experience Mark arrived at our house on time was very friendly did a very thorough job and finding 2 leaks under the bath which we would have never known about The report was issued the same day as the inspection which allowed us to issue this to the site team Overall a great experience and have passed details over to our friends too

Cheryl was excellent at arranging our service and explaining the process to us Mark arrived on time on the day and explained a number of issues to us The report was delivered shortly after payment on the same day as the inspection Each issue was described and photographed with circles arrows to highlight the issue within the photograph Mark found a leak for us in our bathroom shower which alone made this service worth the money
