The quality of the report was excellent and they answered all our follow up questions promptly and in an extremely helpful way The inspection was carried out just a few days after booking it and we got the report just a few days after And the 3D video is really nice to have while we wait for completion Really helps with advanced planning

We hired SmartHomeSurvey to do a level 2 of our 1930s house in Brixton and are more than happy with the level of professionalism and customer service - including a walk-through on the phone after the report was written Alex Lynch was more than helpful to understand what repairs needed to be done Highly recommended

Detailed survey that identified a few potential issues with an old Victorian property and recommended more surveys we had to do Tracey who organised the survey for us was very responsive and patiently explained everything This was very helpful as we are first time buyers Tom who did the survey was available to talk on the phone afterwards which was so helpful Would recommend

I ve left a review on Google but having found Smart Home Surveys on trust pilot I wanted to also review here The survice from both the office and the surveyor was very good They were responsive and took a lot of extra time taking us through the details We cannot recommend them enough

Excellent service and quick turnaround

The team offered slots within the same week of the initial request and provided the report within 24 hours of visiting the property The report is easy to read I decided to pay extra for pictures and would recommend others to do the same if wanting to discuss problem areas with specialists later The follow up call with the surveyor was helpful and allowed me to ask questions about the highlighted areas The surveyor Alex was particularly helpful in providing contacts for repairs services thanks again I will use Smart Home Surveys in the future and would recommend them to others

Friendly and accommodating to my quick turn around request

I spoke with Adam who was very helpful and quick to respond to an email I sent he then very quickly helped to set up a meeting for someone called Alex to come over to help with a survey and give advice on a section 20 notice I received Both team members were who friendly and approachable and I will definitely be back in touch in the future
