Upon receiving my cartridges for the HP

Upon receiving my cartridges for the HP 8710 952XL cartridge the printer did not recognize them After calling customer service they followed me through turning off the automatic updates The only issue I have now is that my HP 8710 does not recognize ink levels If you know how to solve this issue please advise Otherwise I ll just have to work around it by watching print quality manually

The chat representative was quite helpful What frustrated me was the fact that the chat session timed out after I was told to take my time doing what I was told to do and that she would be waiting I m a senior citizen so it was took me a while to do what was asked I didn t see anywhere to rejoin the chat If need be I will call next

Good aftermarket ink

I received my ink in a reasonable amount of time It fit and I have so far not had any compatibility issues I still feel that all the printer ink companies are charging far too much for the ink that we as consumers receive
