Ink Caused my Printhead to Be Damaged

Upon first use of this product my print head got clogged from dry ink This is likely due to the ink not reporting to the printer it s level correctly I tried a printhead cleaning kit which also cost me more money but that did not correct the issue I now have to replace my printer I would not recommend this product

PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL Bought ink for HP Officejet 8610 Installed cartridge one day displays error failed or missing printhead the next Should have followed my instinct to buy the original product Now it ll either be an expensive repair job or replacement at a significantly greater cost than the potential savings You have been warned

Smartink does not have a customer service

Smartink does not have a customer service any longer The phone number states that the company is lociated in the country of Ukraine and cannot help by phone The link to a live chat does not work Total scam as there is no one to help with errors with the ink cartridges No one to talk to at all

Didn t Work

Unfortunately these did not work for me Support was great at helping me troubleshoot and quickly sent a refund but it still doesn t change the fact that the product didn t work

Leaky cartridges

I have tried Smart ink on a couple of our printers We have had issues each time with the cartridges leaking ink into the printer I will no longer buy cartridges from this company

The cartridges will not work in my hp

The cartridges will not work in my hp printer I now get to repackage the ink drive to a shipping place and pay to have the non-compatible product shipped back to Smart Ink

Utter garbage

Utter garbage 2 sets of inks and 53 a box 903 for an HP machine The machine is fine have purchased inks from a more reliable source This stuff is rubbish Eventually tried changing every cartridge run maintenance on the printer all 3 cleaning levels and nothing Nada Avoid Pay more for better
