Great ink cartridges and excellent customer service

These are the only generic ink cartridges that are compatible with my Canon printer - I won t use anything else now And the customer service is second to none - thank you I would love to see them sell the individual cartridges separately - I usually run out of the 580XXL first but then have to buy a complete set of cartridges Having these available individually would be brilliant and I know this is something they are looking into - hope this becomes available soon

Amazing

Bought the Canon 280 Ink for my TR7620 Worked perfectly on my printer Price is extremely good and the colours printed are amazing It also shipped way earlier than expected Looking forward to buying from here again

Excellent Customer Service Inks

I had an issue with some cartridges that was no fault of Smart Ink and they were absolutely wonderful in helping to resolve Would highly recommend them and their ink as it s top notch Excellent customer service great products and incredible prices you d be stupid to pass up on this company

Excellent print quality and customer service

The cartridges seem to work where others don t and the print quality is really excellent When one of my cartridges did start misbehaving I was able to chat to an online assistant and they resolved my problem very quickly This is my new go-to ink supplier

Absolutely brilliant customer serviceThis is 2nd time my cartridges failed and Smart replaced them next day I had reordered them and Smart cancelled the order snd sent replacement free of costThe next day I will always buy my ink from them and also recommend them to my family and friendsThanks againKuraish

I only use smart ink in my printer

I only use smart ink in my printer because it is much cheaper and especially an XL cartridge prints longer than the HP cartridges I used before It was the first time my printer didn t want to recognize the microchip I called customer service and Alex helped me with my problem he was attentive polite and above all a great help Thank you

Honestly hands down the best customer service I ve had in a long time Alice went above and beyond to sort my order and made sure I received it as quick as possible Nothing was a bother - great company incredible communication and impeccable service Will be buying from here again in the future
