I have used Smart Ink for quite some time now never an issue until now when HP decided to upgrade my firmware which then blocked my ability to use my S-I cartridges Contacted S-I Alex who informed me of easy self fix now no issues Great and fast customer service Will continue using S-I for all my printing needs

The products from this company are second to none

The products from this company are really good especially as they are very reasonably priced The web site is easy to work with and ordered items arrive extremely quickly Any after sales service is swift and personal I asked for advice and was answered a very short time later with suggestions that worked first time I use their inks which seem to last a long time the colours appear permanent and my printer handles them easily Altogether a highly recommended experience Thank you

Best Customer Service Ever

I ordered HP cartridges online from Smart Ink They arrived in a timely fashion I inherited an old printer and thought new cartridges would be the cure all I could not get the resume light to quit blinking I contacted customer service through online chat Alex spent a great deal of time walking me through steps to fix the issue When that didn t work Alex sent replacements Unfortunately I truly think it is a printer issue and the printer actually does not work althought the scanner works perfectly fine I recommend Smart Ink because they stand behind their product I will purchase from these folks again when I get another ink jet printer

Very Pleased

This is a great company to work with and I ve ordered ink from them successfully on two occasions When one cartridge went dry prior to my installing it six months after purchase they sent a pair of replacement cartridges at no cost That s excellent service

Customer Service is Five Stars

I always buy my ink from Smart Ink but today I ran into a little issue The black ink cartridge was not working properly and only printed gray even though I tried cleaning the printer heads multiple times I contacted Smart Ink customer support through chat The customer representative was able to walk me through some quick steps to get my printer back up running in no time I appreciate the quick response and detailed walk-thru This is another reason I will only buy my ink from here

Had a problem with one cartridge out of a large order contacted them and the are sending replacements by expedited delivery Alice the service rep I chatted with was excellent

Best alternative to name brand ink cartridges

I ve contacted SmartInk for technical assistance via Chat several times and there have been times I needed help outside the core business hours Every time I reached a live person very quickly and they were always courteous and sooo patient They would stay with me and wait while I carry out their instructions on my printer to confirm that my printer performed as it should and I was satisfied I am a very satisfied customer of SmartInk Over the years SmartInk has saved me a lot of money by giving me an alternative to very expensive HP ink cartridges

Big Box vs Smart Ink Smart Ink wins

A recent big box Office Max Depot retailer was going out of business in my neighborhood and the best price they had for a 5-cartridge ink refill for my older HP inkjet was 75 00 Smart Ink had 10 cartrides for around 25 00 that did the job just as good and were entirely compatible I ll never pay manufacturer prices again

marsha I am so glad I found Smart Ink your prices are so much cheaper than trying to purchase ink for my copier than in the stores which always seem to be out of stock I had tried another online supplyer but when I received it it was not compatable with my printer sent it back and ordered from Smart Ink No problems with the right fit
