Smart Ink is much cheaper than Hp Fast delivery is another plus I ll keep purchasing my ink from them as long as I use this particular printer Wonderful and caring company with wonderful prices

A high quality set of cartridges

We are snowbirds who returned 1 year ago to be told that we no longer have access to the Smart cartridge program We ordered the Smart Ink cartridges and used them for the 4 months in Florida We returned this November turned on printer and it resumed printing like we never left The quality is second to none Our cartridges are running dry so we ordered another box which we will install when we return to Florida in January We couldn t be happier with the Smart Ink cartridges

Smart Ink - they go the extra mile

Already had Smart Ink cartridges in the printer working great A replacement cartridge didn t want to know the printer software would not allow it to be used Contacted Smart Ink s 24 7 webchat Tried a couple of possible fixes no joy Within 48 hours received a full set of cartridges as replacement Can t see HP with their overpriced inks doing that In fact not many companies will do that

First I will say I have 33 years in printing technology with xerox and HP I can tell you for a fact that the money is in the sales of ink Unfortunately companies have made over 1000 profit on what they called genuine cartridges Speaking strictly for your home inkjet printers I can re-assure you the quality and price for this Company is great and durable and worth the cost Your printer will not break The support for any issue is great and the people are nice Thank you for your support

I purchased the Compatible HP 564XL Combo Pack 10 Pack Smart Ink 1 for the second time The first time I purchased it was my first time dealing with Smart Ink The ink lasted a long time and the price wonderful I really like doing business with this company

What a great result

What a great resultFair play An HP updated blocked these compatible cartridges When I went onto the website and started the webchat it was a case of here we go again What a refreshing experience The lady Anna stayed on line got to the source of the problem and gave me the link to sort the problem Also gave advice on a future purchase of a printer based on her experiences of helping customers fix problems AND their prices are way cheaper than HP

Hi I bought some ink cartridges from this company in July 23 Used them twice then used it last week and they wouldn t work Made contact with the company about my printer and they shipped some more cartridges out next day Brilliant service would highly recommend John

Alice just helped me fix a cartridge issue fast and easy I ve been using SMART INK for 3 plus years Cartridges are always exactly as ordered and they arrive promptly The customer service has been great I ve maybe used it 3 times and issues are solved or questions answered right away I rarely buy stuff from website but will always get my ink from SMART INK Thanks for your great product and great staff
