Great customer service
We received a Smartrike 4-in-1 tricycle as a gift in 2019 Our daughter had a lot of fun with it Unfortunately the push rod broke off I contacted the customer service and we received a whole new Smartrike Even without a receipt I am very content with their friendly service and now we can enjoy the Smartrike with our daughter again

The perfect example of great customer service and company policies
I purchased a smartrike back in November 2022 My baby loves this product and I use it on a daily basis I love it too Unfortunately a part on the product had broken so I contact customer service A lady called Ira promptly responded advising they ll send me a replacement trike if I provide a photo and serial number which was easy to locate After Ira quickly provided a prepaid shipping label for me to return the faulty product and advised a replacement would be sent upon receipt of the faulty item At this point I was predicting a couple of weeks before I received the new trike but to my surprise it would literally a coupe of days Ira was super efficient and I felt like she under promised and over delivered so thank you I m very happy The warranty policy from Smartrike is great and I ll definitely choose this company first when purchasing other items

Great service from Customer Support
We bought a smarTrike Breeze for our 2 year old grandson a few weeks ago On coming to assemble it last Monday we got completely stuck being unable to assemble the handlebars front wheel sections to make them connect turn together I emailed Customer Support the same day from previous experience with other companies was not hopeful of a reply in the foreseeable future To our delight we received an email from Shane the following morning acknowledging the problem seeking more info a video of the problem This was sent straightaway Shane responded the following morning with a short video clearly demonstrating the correct process This arrived whilst l was out and when l got home my wife had completed the process in no time Many thanks to Shane for a prompt and efficient response to our problem which was resolved in a couple of days

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service from Rory when I enquired about the possibility of getting a spare wheel for my daughter s new 4 in 1 trike She is currently in a spica cast after hip surgery and the trike is our only way of getting out and about however we need to modify the wheel to make sure her left foot is clear of the pedal Rory was amazing so helpful and quick to respond and assist us and we now have a new wheel on the way meaning we can modify the original for use now and still have a spare functional wheel ready for when my daughter is able to use the trike properly by herself We are so happy and will be recommending SmarTrike to friends and family Thanks again for helping to make a difficult time more manageable

We got my sons smartrike trampoline for his 2nd birthday Sadly this Christmas the handle broke off I emailed customer service and Ira was quick to respond with a resolution I was worried there wasn t a warranty after 90 days but she immediately offered us a replacement and shipped it out to us It was easy no hassle and all we had to do was ship back the broken one I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are having any issues this was the best present my son has ever had and it meant the world to us we got it replaced without having to buy a new one Thank you so much Ira and smartrike family I love giving praise where praise is due Ira is exceptional

Brilliant customer service we needed new peddles for our trike after loosing them really easy and quick process to order a new pair Great communication from Ira through the whole process
