Switched from EE to spusu - got double the data and 2 sims phone and tablet for the price of one PAYG SIM with EE Setup was fast and easy with eSIMs supported Set up the port in as part of the purchase process which was very slick Had an issue with authentication on one of the SIMs - emailed support and had a reply and a fix within 20 minutes Account management for both SIMs is supported with one login unlike EE there s an App and it doesn t take 5 minutes to login like EE

Most straightforward and painless mobile contract Ive ever experienced

I d read some mixed reviews of Spusu mainly from early 2024 so thought I should share my experience from November 2024 - Before ordering I contacted them via the advertised WhatsApp number to ask for their response to issues others had experienced I received a reply in 24 minutes with an honest and full response that almost all the issues others experienced had been rectified with the exception of some really niche cases so initially I was impressed by time and content of response - Ordered SIM late Thursday arrived by post Saturday- After ordering I received a number of texts and emails informing me of the process good communications throughout- At time of order I could input my PAC code and select a date for changeover earliest date was 3 working days not an issue for me- Put new Sim in phone and activated using code previously given by text and email fully operational on temp number and no need to setup APN etc all done automatically on iPhone- was moving from O2 and live on very edge of 5G signal indoors ran a Speedtest on both O2 Spusu O2 was 6 34Mbps down 2 1 up Spusu EE gave 46 2Mbps down 8 1 Mbs up so a big improvement accept this is area specific- was given a time window of 10 00-16 00 for cutover to take place received a text at 12 05 that this had taken place again good communication-everything worked pretty much straight away voicemail data only change I made was to turn on wifi calling although I may have put it off Previously so might have been me - took a 40Gb contract and Spusu informed me I would get 25Gb this month on a pro-rata basis as I started midway through the month seems fair- App seems very goodAll things considered this was as painless a process as I could have wished communications were great response from support from initial query was very good monthly contract exactly what I wanted so far I can see no downside and I m happy to recommend to other users

Can t recommend Spusu enough saved me on my phone and their customer service is second to none especially Liam who was very helpful to me just now

A very good network

Amazing At first I was hesitant to take out a plan with Spusu as I have never heard of it but in the end I took out 2 Spusu sim deals in March 2024 and I cant complain The price is very good as well as the quality of the network Customer services are also very helpful every time I have needed to contact about any queries Thank you Spusu for providing an excellent level of service

I joined SPUSU in October The sim card was delivered a bit late but when I got the sim card everything is running smoothly The signal is fine and the customer service is even excellent They are very helpful indeed

Spusu were very helpful and responsive to all my questions Special shoutout to staff member Liam who was extremely helpful when I called twice for assistance with setting up my eSIM and troubleshooting a few issues that came up I m very grateful

Great service and smooth transfer I am very happy with my experience so far My husband has also transferred too and his experience was also positive No problem with OTP which was a minor concern for me Great deals available so far so good Two very happy customers

Super good value as on EE network and coverage Switched from EE Always on 5G its really reliable Smooth switch and nice to have an eSIM Use with a Lebara sim and spusu ee coverage is way better for me The app is easy to use can set your spend cap to 0 with a touch of a button Don t get people that don t check their spend cap when starting a mobile contract - it s on them really OTP work fine support are friendly Keep up the good work
