I waited several months for my order Each time they tell me to wait another 3 months After 6 months of waiting they offer me a refund because they no longer have access to the item To this day I still haven t received anything Very poor management and customer service

Start October we ordered a gas stove and an oven from Bertazzoni Reading good reviews we waited believed it was a serious firm Now nearly two month later and a lot of money lighter we are still waiting The correspondence via email is poor they only answered once with a poor explanation They don t answer the phone We now wait for the refund hoping to buy from a serious firm so we can cook for Christmas Hope to get an answer here seems to be the only way Sadly
