This is the worse company person i have ever had the experience of dealing with first item sent did not work caused faults on my car when asked for help was very belittling and rude and made out i was thick sent item back first class got an exchange no problem had a professional fit it this time still does not work and caused lots of faults spoke to guy again very rude said i could have a refund or try another one decided on refund sent the item back first class post after weeks of nothing got in contact and said they had not received it and i must be an idiot for not sending it tracked all i can say is stay away from this company products do not work blatant scammer and very very rude do your homework first mine is not the only review but my mistake for not doing my homework SCAMMER

Do not buy this rubbish When you sell your car the company you sell will check the real mileage with computer and then you will have problems You will receive a letter from a National Mileage Register You ve been warned

Item worked great for 9 months but then went faulty Claimed SW update to blame when I said there had been no update he they edited their webpage to show 6 months warranty not 12 Cowboys avoid

Shop with caution this seller sends out multiple faulty parts and tries to say he didn t receive them back Ignores messages when tracking provider but replies back to PayPal at 3 30am Called me a dishonest in the end This isn t a trusted company where you can reply on the to do as you say I had to get my money from PayPal in the end Keep proof of postage for this scammer

Not very cooperative

I went and ordered 2 cables for 2 vehicles however I received the packaging today there was only one cable in the Box so I did the right thing which was to ring the shop The basically called me a thief threatened me with a police threatened to come up and see me I just don t think this company is a very polite company I got in touch with PayPal told them what had happened now opened up a case DO NOT TRUST
