I have been using Smilebox for all my card needs - special occasions birthdays and especially my Christmas e-card which I do with pictures throughout the year The service has been professional and courteous and I can t recommend it enough

Patience is a virtue My many thanks to the Smilebox tech support team especially Olha for their patience with me I have been a subscriber to Smilebox for many years and I have created many dozens of slideshows But when Adobe Flash Player became obsolete the new format for Smilebox presented multiple problems for me I recently made a new slideshow and alas some problems arose again I sent many requests to the technicians for help Their replies were prompt and helpful The Smilebox turned out beautifully I will soon be 79 years of age Tech is tough Thank you Smilebox team I stand and salute you

Solving a long standing problem

Anastasia was diligent in following up on my issue The problem that I was having was an old one and we myself and support staff had been unable to solve it for a long time By staying with me the problem was eventually resolved and several of my creations were saved--ones that were very important to me The staff was always kind and supportive

GREAT service

The representative was awesome in helping with my questions and she was quick to respond However it is really hard to discuss certain issues by email and there is no option to call someone

Customer service comes thru

I had an older version of Smilebox that was not in use any longer so therefore I could not get it to work or retrieve the info I had previously put in Maria explained to me how to get what info I could out and re-install the newest version

My slideshow looks amazing I was really struggling with converting my song to the required MP3 format Your customer service staff was amazing and helped convert the song for me You have been my go-to for creating slideshows and I will continue to be a loyal customer

I haven t used Smilebox in awhile and was having challenges logging into my account I reached out to Smilebox and Anastasia was extremely helpful and got my account up and running in to time at all I enjoy making the slidehows and sending cards using Smilebox
