Vortex water pipe

Well one of the pipes I bought actually wasn t in stock I did have someone reach out to me and ask if I would like an exchange instead Although I did appreciate the customer service I was sent the wrong color of pipe that we agreed on for the exchange Not only that but the silicone bong bowl I bought didn t have a bowl It was just the silicon part what am I supposed to do with that Definitely won t be buying from the Smoking Outlet again

Had two cracks and don t hold the water

Bought a vortex water pipe and the smoke doesn t swirl like it was advertised as doing Still hits well and didn t cost much but I ordered a random lighter and didn t get one
