I got one of each of the three mystery boxes and everything was great got my moneys well worth only one problem one of the bongs came in broken probably during shipping because everything was crammed inside of one box instead of coming separately like I would think but other than that everything was good

The quartz tip nectar collector straw that I got broke 4 days after I received it after a 2 -3 inch accidental drop from the nectar collector grenade s stand as I went to pick it up to the bedside table The upgrade surprise gift was nice and all but having the quartz piece break within 4 days within 30 minutes of my birthday Not so nice The great thing about Smoking Outlet is their customer service I emailed them with a pic and details of what happened and they are sending me a replacement Great customer service great shipping time good quality great prices

Love the product not the shipping
Love the product love the price but the shipping killed the five-star rating 9 days from order to actually having it it my hands From Washington state to Colorado I could have driven there and back faster Other than that a good experience and I will definitely order again

Great product little slow on shipping
Little slow on the shipping but product and price point made me very happy love my device works great love the color especially but product does a great job without rigs and nails hit the button dip in and hold on monster blast blows my head off if I am not paying total attention lol machine is worth the money does what I need it do does really great with shatte the best for price can t be it

Customer service finally answered me
Edit 10 4 The day after I posted this review they got in contact with me and said they d be shipping out my missing items Changed from 2 star to 4 star I only received half of my order I emailed them on 9 25 and again on 9 29 The website says they will get back to you the next business day but it s been over a week and have yet to get any type of response
