If I can rate it 0 I will lol Sorry snapmuse but y all be scamming I signed up for the free trial because I wanted to see what you guys offered and you forced me to put my card no big deal the same day I used the trial is the same day I canceled it because I WASNT PAYING 80 for this but guess what it still charged me like woooow really then I emailed them and they were basically like too bad too sad don t use this website find a better one that won t take your money even after you ve canceled

May I please receive a refund for the snapmuse charge to my account of 77 88 I was unable to cancel I did not use the service and don t even remember ever signing up for this service

The site forces you to add payment

The site forces you to add payment details to start the free trial Once you ve done so you find yourself underwhelmed with both the variety and quality of the music available In my trial period I managed to find 1 song of acceptable quality I then didn t use the service at all outside my trial period The site then proceeded to take 57 out of my account I managed to stop this from happening the first few times I then went to the site to cancel my subscription to find it s basically impossible and the only contact detail available is an unresponsive email address They then continued to try and take the money for a month before finally succeeding and now they re refusing to refund it even though I have not used their service I understand that I play a role in this but beware of companies like this one They re set up to make these situations happen so they can throw the T C s in your face They don t care about customer service It s irrelevant to their business model It s really not worth your time AVOID

They don t even deserve up to 1 star I signed up with them for a month and decided against using their services a few weeks before the end of my free trial Before I decided to leave I had already used a few of their songs in a YouTube video They proceeded to copyright strike the video that contained songs from their website after my membership ended This is really confusing and annoying as their website states that they WOULD NOT strike down any video that was uploaded while your membership was active even if you decide to terminate your membership My video should have been 100 free from their strike because it was uploaded within the time period stated on their own website I wouldn t ever consider using their services again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else

the use my card and charge me for 1 year subscription with out asking me after 7 or 8 months I stop my account the just scamming people I stop use there service for reason that after you stop your subscription with them all your channel got copyright claims and making issues with me on my channelso the are scammers I don t recommend to even open there website
