Great product with lots of tutorials to help you get started Very responsive customer support The only improvement opportunity I see is to add an option to wear the muse for biofeedback info while using timer only without soundscapes or guidance I am an experienced meditator and find any noise even pleasant sounds disruptive to my meditation As a result I select what measure I m interested in and choose a theme and then turn the volume all the way down on the phone so that I can have a quiet meditation and still get the Feedback information

Noah stuck with me and eventually resolved the issue I am happy with the level of service I received The only frustration is the app and its lack of functionality to add and new device or delete an old one This should be a thing Currently if your device dies and you get a new one it will not connect Locking your subscription to a dead device Not good You have a great product but your website concerning purchasing replacement headbands is lacking Only with Noah s help was I able to finally purchase one and it did solve my problem Thanks

Perfect gadget great service
Dear Muse Team dear Maggie I very much appreciate your support You made me happy when you provided a solution of my issue with my Muse S Gen 2 which had a cracked over-the-ear surface of the headband I wrote you via your web site and your response and a warranty replacement of my gadget was quick and very friendly I was lucky to keep safe a paper document attached to my first order I wish I would keep a confirmation letter of my order in my emails Now I am looking forward to receiving my new Muse S Gen 2 via USPS The Muse S Gen 2 itself is a great complex of biofeedback I can get EEG during sleep while being at home and it is soooo cool and guided or unguided meditation exercises with saving in a cloud all of my results The Mobile App is perfectly designed and very convenient and is available only on a smartphone The packaging is perfect Highly recommend

I had a an issue with the sensor and I contacted the customer rep from Singapore Her knowledge about mediation was impressive The care with which she answered my queries and tried to help me was something that I haven t experienced before When you have such wonderful humans on the frontline you tend to believe that there is something interesting happening here

I have some experience with meditation
I have some experience with meditation but do not do it enough I feel like the muse device sets a goal and reminder for me to meditate The programs are nice I enjoy the sleep tracking too Overall it s a great device maybe the next one can have a easy way to charge beside pluging in that s all I would improve Overall great device

The folks at Muse have been helpful and sincere nearly since day 1 I continue to use MUSE S to monitor and improve my sleep and I am very happy with the results Every now and then something comes up and their support folks are always polite and helpful Great product very good support

August Meditation Challenge
when we could not solve issue on chat Noah called me to get a better understanding of the difference between what his screen looked like and how mine was different We were looking at the same screen but for some reason my computer was displaying different less information than he was seeing on his screen Noah was a big help in quickly solving my immediate need to register for the August Mediation Challenge

My Muse stopped turning on at some point The Muse Customer Care representative gave some possible troubleshooting steps When those steps didn t work they offered to send me a free replacement which was very nice Couldn t have hoped for more
