Seems strange to ask for a review when the item still hasn t been dispatched yet No updates no contact unable to get through via chat Luckily paid with PayPal so will raise a dispute there Edit ok so it came 5 days late no communication still was unable to get through Price is good but communication and processing and delivery time needs to really improve If was taking longer that s fine just keep the customers updated

Despite a bad experience in the past I decided to try this shop again Seems nothing has changed Really bad experience so far Placed an order on Friday it s now Wednesday and my order still hasn t been precessed Tried email live chat phone and messenger Facebook and none of them have been answered Absolutely impossible to get in touch

Poor customer support

Ordered and never heard anything from them It s been days after the delivery time the company promised Customer support is unreachable chatbot is useless Only thing the chatbot says is This is outside my ability and none of the human colleagues are working Very poor experiment and I m prepared to not get my money back at all Parcel finally arrived so it s not a scam could be some issue happened to the company during this period But customer service still needs improvement

Worst customer service and shipping lies

Ordered on 12 01 25 and paid for 48hr delivery Currently on the 17th it says order in progress I ordered goggles on 13 01 25 and they arrived on the 17th so I know something is wrong with my first order Tried reaching out over several days via live chat call and email Have received no response other than an automated one to say no humans are working Cant even cancel my order becauseof the status of the order and lack of response by customer support As it stands theyve just robbed me of 104 Have contacted my bank

Item dispatched quick enough but lost by Evri Not Snowleaders fault but the response after they are culpable for For an order thats over a month old and still not delivered clearly lost by Evri and the value being almost 500 i need a refund Tried the online chat calling and using the contact form They are never reachable I neither have the item or a refund My trip i purchased the item for has been and gone Disappointed

Communication and delays

Competitive pricing however the lack of communication on the delay of my delivery was frustrating No response to numerous emails phone line doesn t work and the chat bot doesn t assist Fortunately I had time before my event but if you are hoping for your goods to be delivered quickly then shop elsewhere

No customer service Very slow delivery

ordered item on 4th January Recieved item on 18th January During this time I contacted them on 3 separate occasions for update and why delay - there was NO response at all I chosen Evri 48hours delivery service But the item didn t reach Evri until 16th So if you can wait for weeks and months for your delivery then fine otherwise I would not shop here again

I ordered ski poles and a helmet My skis and poles arrive but no helmet on this trying to contact someone has been impossible I ve been call once every few days for the last 2 months and still no response but they email me on a promo that s Is happing Ski and pole are very good quality just a shame about the helmet still haven t got it or a refund

Have happily used Snowleader in the past but this time very disappointed

Have used Snowleader in the past and goods ordered were super However this time I order helmets and snow boots the helmets arrived the boots did not even though the order says delivered I have tried many many times using their chat bot contact form and telephone line where one always has to leave a message that is not returned to get in touch and cannot do so Snowleader have taken my money without me receiving my goods PLEASE can someone from snowleader get in touch and update me

No great service

No great service product and price seem good but the after sales is rubbish In a day and age where service is everything a basic requirement is the ability to get hold of someone when there is an issue There has been no response from the online form and the phone number is simply a voice mail
