Not received order tried the online chat called and emailed no response re delivery Paid for 48hr delivery on 27th Dec understand the holidays but no response still and still no delivery

Snowleader sent the wrong brakes that don t work with the bindings does not automatically accept a return and have had no response from customer services when i have sent in the form trying to get a refund for what is Snowleader mistake

Ordered on 29th December said delivery from 06 01 still Evri don t have the parcel says there expecting it has said this for 3 days Wish I ordered off a different site Hopefully I receive it

Haven t had any communication since order and I need it by a certain time bad customer service and no way of contacting them direct

Uncontactable Unhelpful

I ve got a problem with delivery of my order they use EVRI who are also pretty much uncontactable if something goes wrong and Snowleader haven t been helpful at all in resolving it Turns out they d dispatched one order in two separate parcels I ve got parcel 1 but the other one is sat in the ether with EVRI and Snowleader refused to do anything about it just stating it will be delivered despite my pleas that this has happened before in a two-part delivery with EVRI and eventually they just claim the other parcel is lost Today I tried to reach them and like the other reviews here their chatbot will place you in a long hours queue only to tell you there is not agent available You can only call them on a premium rate number I wouldn t recommend this company if you want your parcel on time Their prices were good - as the saying goes if it looks too good to be true it probably is

Signs aren t looking good

I ordered a pair of ski boots on the 31st December expecting next day dispatch as the website says but the order has been in progress ever since I got through to an agent after about 2 hours of waiting via the chat even though I was first in the queue allegedly and they say they re behind schedule They couldn t give me any indication how far behind they were I just hope that my boots arrive by the end of the week but this experience doesn t give me a good impression of Snowleader and I wish that I had ordered through a different site

Slooooooow delivery

Slooooooow delivery even allowing for the fact that it is over New Year The delivery times stated don t take into account what I can only assume is prep time I paid 10 for 48 hour delivery and 4 days after placing the order I finally get the dispatch confirmation so again bear that in mind when ordering I wouldn t recommend if needed for a certain date unless you order about a month in advance You can live chat to a person after going through the standard chat bot questions but the service is mediocre and very matter of fact

When something goes wrong they are M I A

The products are good the different gear they stock is good the prices seem to be very competitive but when something goes wrong they are MIA I ordered helmets for my kids for Christmas They arrived in time but one was too small I arranged a return through the website and sent it back with a pre-paid postage sticker Snowleader provided After about three weeks I finally got my credit refunded all I wanted was to buy the same helmet again in the next size up Lo and behold they have deducted 7 99 for the postage costs Fair enough I m sure it s somewhere in the t s and c s In addition to this they ve applied a discount code and not one that I used in the first place so the 50 90 credit I should have received and that I paid for the helmet becomes 33 40 Clearly a mistake right Possibly but I ll never know - the live online chat service is no longer manned the phone line just rings out constantly at Who Knows per minute and the online contact forms that I have filled in ten times go unanswered Moral of the story This company will be fine if you don t have any problems with your order If you do you re likely to get screwed

My experience is still ongoing I placed an order on the 7th January with a delivery within 48 hours As with so many people here I have not received my goods and the response from customer service is non existent

Disgusting Return Charge

Salomon Trail shoes came on time unfortunately they were just a little small despite getting that size before These were bought for 95 89 I filled in the return form and Snowleader is JUST REFUNDING 83 90 Yes I have contacted them TWICE saying I would send them back on my own accord and could they send me the return address No one has replied I have sent them back today on the above with Snowleader charging me 11 99 for a return to the UK Disgusting I won t order from this company again
