Item has still not arrived
Item has still not arrived and no response to contact form and chat system on website does not work Ordered on the 27th When ordering it said I would receive my item on the 3rd Jan order was dispatched on the 31st but since then the Evri tracking still says we re expecting it I tried the online chat but it kept me as number one in the queue for 3 hours I sent an online form in but have not heard anything back The number costs 9p a minute to ring which even if you do ring has 2 hours hold times 10 in phone costs If you had better customer support options I wouldn t have to resort to leaving a negative trustpilot review in the hope of some human contact Edits Item finally arrived 4 days late I ll change the score to 3 stars to reflect it actually turning up Only 3 stars because the customer service is pretty terrible with the phone lines being shut and the chat not working
