Okay so order number 2 this was split into 2 orders ill have to admit I didn t realise this Part 1 turned up last night all good Part 2 is currently stuck with Evri and they haven t updated the delivery 24hours later Took me 2 hours using Snowleader chat email to finally get through via FB chat and be advised my 2nd order was split into 2 So 1 star dropped for all the above

I ordered a rucksack from Snowleader as they were offering it cheaper than most other shops Delivery was a bit slow but I wasn t in a hurry for the rucksack and it arrived in good condition I ll use Snowleader again

Ordered a ski jacket as it was the lowest price I could find Arrived 6 days after the anticipated date but still in time for my trip Will use again and l ll just ensure i place the order well in advance

Don t expect fast despatch it took 11 days Delivered in 4 days which is very good considering it comes from France It s not 5 stars due to communication with the store being IMPOSSIBLE Tried to call they said they don t take calls when they are too busy and asked to live a voice message Tried the chat I think is fake as no matter the day and time it always get stuck when I m the next in line Tried sending a form twice never got an answer despite they said they respond in 48 hours The item arrived was the correct one For me for the price I paid the ski trousers the whole experience was 100 worth it Only buy in this store if you are not in a hurry to receive the item Expect to take about two weeks for the whole experience I cannot say anything regarding returns because I knew exactly what trouser I wanted as I tried them at a local ski shop too expensive in uk

Bought a coat from snowleader Excellent price and coat arrived as described Took 5 working days to arrive not 3 but I was not desperate for it to arrive sooner Would definitely buy from this company again

I felt I had to write a review given all the negative ones My coat arrived in perfect condition The only issue is the delivery time is not as they state but a few weeks longer However if you are willing to wait for your delivery then they offer discounted prices for the same product Reading previous reviews the issues ssem to arrise if you have any problem with your order and want a return or want a speedy delivery Thankfully I had none of these issues although I was very nervous given the awful reviews

Great service but small returns period and pricey postage Overall pleased

Received my skis very quickly great price and product Having difficulties resolving an issue that the bindings were not fitted or supplied and they are not accepting calls just voicemail but no calls back or replies

I don t usually write reviews but given the amount of negative feedback I wanted to share my positive experience My order arrived well before the estimated delivery date and everything came through without any issues Plus their prices are the lowest I could find That said customer service seems to be lacking I asked a question before placing my order but a week later I still haven t received an answer I would assume from this that thay may not be very good if any problems do arrise I will take the gamble and order from them again

I have increased the score and edited the original review to reflect the item price and delivery However my comments below on customer service or lack of still stand I ve previously used Snowleader without issue so didn t hesitate for a new purchase My item was at a fantastic price but unfortunately I had a change of mind requesting a cancellation within an hour The next day I received a message saying the order had shipped I sent numerous follow up messages but never received a reply I also tried live chat and telephone calls which didn t work I received my order to UK in 6 days which is very reasonable I appreciate they re busy but there seems to be no way to contact them outside of an email form they don t respond to If you know exactly what you want size etc then more than likely the price will be unbeatable and you will receive the order in good time Just bear in mind changes or a cancellation won t be possible You ll have to do a paid return If they replied to actual customers instead of wasting time replying to Trustpilot reviews things would be much improved
