I bought 7 light switches from this

I bought 7 light switches from this company which were fine and I was very happy with I miscallcullated the amount then needed to order 1 more it arrived with nothing inside the box no light switch I phoned the company straight away to explain they told me someonewhere I work must have stolen it or I must have stolen it as it left the factory with no issue Shocking customer service the worst I have ever experienced I don t complain very often and I can see the company has very good review s but to be told I must have taken stolen it is pretty shocking especially after spending over 250 on light swictches I had no other option to order another switch and when it arrived the packaging was a lot better Hope no one has to complain or has an item go missing as this company fails when anything goes wrong

Poor quality products and unsatisfactory service

I ordered nearly 200 of sockets and light switches They were not cheap so I expected good quality When they arrived they did not look like the website picture were of very poor quality and at least one was defective too Appalled I contacted customer service straight away who offered to replace them with a different product However they were not prepared to cover the cost of priority postage in order to ensure I received it in time as I had an electrician booked despite the fact that part of it was faulty I was really disappointed in the whole experience especially when I was paying almost double what a similar product would cost in external reference - the quality was what shocked me the most I will never purchase from this company again

very slow service

I was told on the phone that my order would be about five days but my confirmation e mail said 10- 14 days now 11 days not very happy if I was told the correct information at the time I would not have ordered them

Cheaper products sent as originals

Purchased Varilight items and was sent some of a different manufacturer then i complained and they sent me out replacements but both were different and a different colour so difficult to trust the provenance of the stock or the supply

could do better considerably better

Well I still haven t recieved my order Some of the products aren t in stock so instead of sending half now and the rest when they re in stock I have to wait a few weeks until they are in stock by which time I won t be in the country brilliant

Order was not correct when I received

Order was not correct when I received it I had to get the electrician to return at extra cost to myself to complete the work Socket store would not compensate me for this even though this was clearly an error on their part

poor fit and dangerous

Products don t actually fit into standard back boxes Very deep back box required Even catches on the srew lugs Also be careful as I had two of my recent purchases go up in smoke Shame as the quality of the paint is quite good and the material choice is great

No goods recieved

Ordered goods on the 15th August and at time of writing 23rd August still nothing has arrived According to the site if goods in stock we should have got them in 2-4 days and if out of stock an email would be sent explaining of the delay Never got any email saying there would be a delay so why have the goods not arrived

Disappointed customer

Faulty cooker switch single socket exchanged with no issues faulty printing on one of 3 grid plate switches changed 3 times with no improvement then told there was nothing more they could do how can u get printing issues with the word boiler but print dishwasher fridge tumble dryer washing machine with no issues Blame just passed to manufacturer MK Not impressed only offer was total refund which would of left me needing to change approx 16 kitchen sockets switches

Shoddy Goods Shoddy Service

Despite returning one socket that had been poorly finished and another that was DANGEROUS due to arcing a refund was refused and replacements have not been forthcoming Indeed the items I returned have not even been sent back to me The arrogance of the Customer Services Manager was breathtaking AVOID
