Out of 9 items ordered 7 need to be returned

The lights switches and sockets I ordered had no protective film and were covered in scratch marks and scuffs We are on a short time scale to get work done and now I need to start again

Slow service poor communication

I ordered a whole lot of items which were all showing as In Stock Two days later I got an email saying one item was not in stock I replied immediately saying I would like the order to be split and the In Stock items sent immediately Five days later I had heard nothing so I called spoke to a guy who was very helpful and he agreed to send the In Stock items by next day delivery A few more items are apparently out of stock now All appears to be a little chaotic - items shown as In Stock should be in stock and if they re not someone should come back to me quickly and then despatch the In Stock items quickly Everything else I ordered on the same day as Socket Store arrived next day so they need to up their game to be competitive

Improve your messages

I ordered a large number of items from you I received an e mail stating that two of the items were out of stock but that they would be back in stock in 5 to 7 days IT DID NOT GIVE ANY INDICATION THAT THE REMAINING 50 ITEMS WOULD NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE OTHER TWO ITEMS GOT TO STOCK I assumed that the rest would be sent and arranged for three engineers to come to instal them No goods arrived and when I phoned to see why I was told that they were not to be sent until the couple of odd items arrived This has caused me additional costs of three wasted days electricians wages I suggested to the salesperson that could I suggest that they changed their messaging in order to avoid similar problems arriving for your customers in the future

Delayed Order

After a few days my order was still in processing so I called up and cancelled it and immediately received a full refund ordered from somewhere else and saved myself 30

Not particularly satisfied

Single intermediate switch was fine no problems The double switch was faulty and did not work when fitted The cost of packaging and postage made it uneconomical to return Would think twice before ordering again

placed numerous of orders with this company the experience of the products wasn t up to expectations with some defective products after paying a premium for these products I would have liked a little more emphasis in and how the deal with their complaints I was little I rated when I was being told on my competence as electrical engineer that they would like photos of how I wired a switch up to see if it was correct So I placed another order for the same product range to have the order cancelled due to their believes that I was abusive and not compliant If you wish to purchase products from this company and for them to think it s acceptable in sending faulty products and this is the Company for you

Poor manufacturing

Poor manufacturing The rivets that hold the body onto the cover plate break very easily Few sockets have came not riveted at all and the cover plate and socket have separated in the box Others break when installing

I paid for next day delivery but it did not come over the weekend Then when the electrician went to fir the switch one part was broken so they had to use a spare part to be able to fit it It was not a cheap product but the quality was poor

Disappointed Everything was good until we found an

Everything was good until we found an unearthed item DC59W 5Amp 3 pin socket very disappointing as now need to send back and further visit from the electrician at a costSian Thank You for your quick reply

slow

good choice of product BUT delivery is v slow compared to other electrical suppliers I had to pay an extra 5 last time after a call to ask where my goods were despite paying for express delivery and less than obliging after sales Have used them again because I couldn t find the sockets any where else but am still waiting for them even though the request to comment on the service has come through If only despatch was as quick as their request for praise
