Really pleased with the whole experience The price was good dealing with firms was easy and the finished job is as I wanted it to be Early day as yet but everything is working OK Shame that you have to wait so long for permission to export to grid nearly a month so far

Very happy with all aspects of the installation Only took a few hours from start to finish and the app showing exactly how much power is being generated how much the house is using and how much is going to the battery or grid is so easy to use Very very happy

Installation completed on time and working as it should Good communication from start to finish and also very impressed with on-site survey where all questions were answered clearly The installation was probably carried out on the wettest day this year but the team came with the necessary wet weather gear and completed the installation to a high standard

Solar Together Greenscape Energy and D R Energy

Using Solar Together took all the hard work out of choosing a solar provider giving me the confidence to go ahead with the suggested supplier Greenscape Energy The only minor hiccup was that the scaffolders didn t show on the promised day not too surprising I understand but turned up on the same day as the installers Other than that the team of installers including D R Energy were friendly and professional throughout

Excellent experience

This was my second investigation into the possibilities of Solar PV Solar Together s initial response was clear and understandable outlining the possibilities applications and other useful information It was very different from my previous investigation and the pricing for the installation was much improvedBased on their initial response I decided to investigate further Their surveyor was careful conscientious and clear about what was needed A detailed cost benefit analysis was presented in an understandable form Subsequently I decided to proceed An installation date was agreed upon and I was kept closely informed of what was going to happen The installation team was prompt efficient and tidy On completion I was shown around the installation with a helpful App installed on my smartphone that showed what is going on After-sales service speedily and easily dealt with a couple of post-installation questions I had after experiencing the system for a whileA highly satisfactory experience and I would recommend Solar Together with no reservations
