Boots

took boots back to the Bath store for a exchange but the manager said I couldn t do a straight exchange So he said he would refund money back to my PayPal account which he didn t so I had to ring Soletrader head office for them to the refund Ordering on line was 100 but returning to the store wasn t

Fabulous MK trainers

I was disappointed when I visited the Watford branch the MK trainers I wanted were not in stock size 7 seems to be popular The assistant there wasn t particularly helpful and appeared to be more interested looking at a mobile phone When I got back home I ordered online and had them sent to St Albans branch Fab St Albans staff they were very helpful and professional and to top it all I absolutely love my trainers Big thanks to St Albans for changing my opinion on Soletrader

Not great

To be fair the delivery system was great keeping me up to date with where my delivery was and when it will be delivered But when I got the product I ordered the shoes where different too eachother One was matte and the other was shiny the box they come in was also battered Mixed reviews about this really Not brilliant

item is not as described

i am quite impressed with delivery service But item is not as same what I tried in Ted Baker shop Firstly they are made in India I believe this company importing stuff from different country After wore 1 day my feet started hurting Back feet skin starts coming off due to its not comfortable at all Its not worth for what I have paid

Disapointed

Was so looking forward to reciveing my new ugg boots had a email from DPD with a time of delivery finished work early sat waiting for the van 10 mins after delivery time got a email to say couldent deliver as nobody was in This happened 3 days running when I phoned sole trader was told that money would be returned to my account and I couldent reorder the boots at the price I got them 1st time Which as it wasent my fault I think stinks avril anger

Inadequate packaging

Quick delivery UK-Italy nothing to say about it The point to note is that the packaging was not adequate only a plastic bag around the product and there were some marks here and there The product was clearly new but damaged by transport Now please add some more wrapping and you ll have 5 stars

Great product frustrating web site

Great product received in good time An awful lot of communication via individual e mails and text messages to inform me of my invoice delivery date delivery time receipt feedback etc etc gosh it felt like hard work just ordering a new pair of trainers All communication is good and informative but maybe just one medium would be good and concise in 1 message rather than 6 Web site could also be more user friendly in my opinion

Disappointed

Disappointed that I was Sent the wrong boots ordered Ladies size 5 as shown on website but was sent Junior size 5 Travelled 60miles return journey to a sole trader outlet shop to return boots and to receive refund This did not happen as their computer system was down Ended up returning via collect plus monies refunded to my account within a few days

online good shop good 20 extra to pay not good

Bought online got confused re actual size required and the size shown on box ordered wrong size Took back to local store 27 miles away to exchange very helpful except same model but different colour shade was 10 more expensive than price paid on line They couldnt explain why Personal circumstances meant had to take footwear there and then and pay extra 20

Look before you leap

My boots came quickly and I absolutely love them thinking I had a bargin I d got them for 89 instead of the original 119 then to my horror whilst looking on Amazon there were exactly the same boots for 67 Unfortunately I had already worn them or would of sent them back and re- bought them from Amazon Like I said look before you leap
