Don t hold stock so don t believe the delivery date

Ordered shoes showing in stock for a Saturday delivery paid the xtra Saturday arrived no update no shoes Sunday the same and then same on Monday Contacted and turns out they order direct from the supplier Really poor service experience Other than me contacting them I would have never have got an update

Ordered Uggs for my daughter s main Christmas present They said they would deliver on Christmas Eve On Christmas Eve afternoon had an email to cancel my order I had a full Refund but obviously my daughter was devastated

Incredibly rude staff

Incredibly rude staff young guy and girl with coloured hair were visibly talking about us and refused to bring shoes we asked for Left literally just because of that despite almost buying two pairs of shoes Change needed

Terrible quality and customer service

Shoes didn t fit tried to return next day and was told that was impossible even though policy said return could be processed Finally found some large insoles that made the shoes wearable but they started falling apart after 1 month

Absolute thieves

Made a return after my order arrived way too late to be given as a gift they ended up losing my parcel and supposedly starting an investigation with Royal Mail It s been over 2 months since I made a the return now and they re just dodging my emails I m having financial issues now due to the loss and they clearly show no remorse as I ve emailed multiple times

Terrible customer service and poor product

I bought my wife some Dr Martens boots for Xmas and when she first wore them she noticed lots of stretching around the ankle on the left boot like the shoe had been worn a lot before meaning the left boot gave her lots of discomfort I contacted soletrader on 2nd Jan 2024 for help and was told I d be contacted within 3 working days It s now 16th Jan and I ve had no response Considering how expensive the shoes were it s very disappointing customer experience and we won t use the company again

Dishonest practces

This company received a return from me with 2 pairs of shoes that didn t fit I paid for a Yodel label then packed them both in their boxes in the large plastic bag they came in I took parcel to the Londis shop who are agents for Yodel they wouldn t give me a receipt told me I d get an emailed one I didn t I had to chase the tracking through Soletraders customers service I followed the parcel s process but it didn t go as far as delivery I ve received several emails saying the parcel had arrived intact but that there was only one pair in the parcel which they have refunded me for but continue to say the other pair were not they won t refund for them Someone is telling whoppers and it is not me

Disappointing first and 2nd experience with Sole Trader

After ordering received an email they weren t up to quality control - 3-5 days to refund but offered 10 discount I ordered them again 10 code didn t work paid extra for next day delivery - 3 days later order cancelled again after using Live Chat awaiting refund Again This is my first experience with Sole Trader - really disappointing experience They are still available to order on the website Not sure I feel confident in 3rd time lucky Best stick with a bigger better online retailer

I got the wrong colour item sent Have tired to contact them and had no reply I was sent an email to say it was being sent with DPD and it was actually Royal Mail Now I ve no word on my return as I had to send the wrong colour back and pay 3 extra

Soletrader it s the way you walk in them

I have had a pair of on cloud trainers which I have had for 3 weeks and the backs have collapsed The is a crease at the bottom causing the material to push inward and I can feel it on my heel Very irritating I have sent a message to customer services and this is their response Hello I do believe this issue is down to the way the shoes have been walked in However you are welcome to make a free return and the shoes will be properly inspected If a manufacturing fault is not found with the shoes we will return them back to you You will need to submit your return to SOLETRADER Please use code WF95827 to make a free return Just follow the instructions using this link -
