Bought a pair of trainers

Bought a pair of trainers apparently this was the only pair left in the store I don t recall being told that When I got home the trainers had a stain on them I rang the Bluewater shop back straight away I had to go back to the shop to get a refund That was so I could have a new pair delivered to my house then this morning I get an email saying this item is no longer available I ve had two trips to Bluewater and I m still without a pair of trainers

Paid extra for next day delivery as needed the trainers in a hurry-contacted customer services and still not received a reply - have requested a partial refund for the expedited delivery Shame as ST were only stockists of the Vejas that I wanted and am really pleased with them

Poor quality blamed on normal use

Bought kickers for my son to wear to school My other sons size was out of stock they promised to order them and never bothered to come back to me Then the shoes I bought for eldest son fell apart in less than two months I was told loads of kids were getting them for school but when they fell apart was told they were meant as indoor shoes - who heard of such a thing Only positive they did give me a refund

Wrong sizes sent twice

Sole trader managed to send the wrong size shoe out not once but twice after I ordered a second time turns out the boxes had been labelled incorrectly They did refund my delivery However I am still waiting for communication when I can reorder the shoes as they needed to get the boxes relabelled obviously I ve reordered from elsewhere

I paid extra to have my boots arrive a few days early and not only did the boots not arrive early but they were in a heap in the box All of the packaging that should have been in the knee-high boots were underneath shoved in The boots were 400 and arrived like they were junk

Ordered cancelled due to stock discrepancy

Ordered a Boss weekend bag during Black Friday after 3 days received an email saying the order got cancelled due to an error and discrepancy in stock Also I missed the offers from other retailers so couldn t get the bag I wanted on promo

Not a great in store experience

Not a great in store experience Wasn t greeted in a friendly manor and felt like I was an inconvenience to the store manager that served me They initially refused to hand over my parcel but wouldn t even entertain looking at my confirmation email or order number The click and collect process is very dated and does not compare to similar services provided by the high street I would not shop with Sole Trader again based on this interaction and would not recommend to friend or family

Wouldn t shop here again

Poorly packaged and charged for delivery even though over the free delivery threshold Apparently doesn t apply to sale items That needs a rethink Won t be coming back
