For the second time one of my items was cancelled

Got boss talraners from here quality crap creased after wearing once

I ordered a size 7 shoe online and was sent a 7 5 The staff at the Reading shop were very helpful but I was disappointed at being sent the wrong size There are now no size 7 s in stock online

I ordered a pair of Caterpillar Reactor shoes online on the 25 11 2022 They were discounted from 79 99 to 59 99 I ordered using PayPal and had arranged to collect them on arrival in store I thought collecting them in store would be easy but I was wrong I had received emails regarding my order from DPD informing me that my order was in transit then that it had arrived Shortly after Soletrader also contacted me to let me know my order had arrived and was available to collect During my lunch break I went to collect my order I spoke to the staff member providing my name the item ordered and email from Soletrader informing me if its arrival Proving I was genuinely there to collect my order was embarrassing I had no photo ID on me at the time and as I don t have the PayPal app on my phone I didn t have the payment reference number to hand I was quite willing to leave the shoes and request a refund at this point Looking through my emails I found an acknowledgement of the transaction from PayPal which finally convinced the staff member I had actually paid for my order I understand that security measures are in place to prevent fraud but I think that treating your customers like they re potential thieves doesn t encourage them to recommend your business or purchase from you again in the future

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for school the description said the colour was Black Black and when arrived it was more of a grey shimmer So no good for school and had to pay for return

Ordered a pair of white hilfiger trainers The first time I wore the trainers outdoors it was pointed out to me that they were different shades of white Still waiting on them answering my email

Sole trader merchandise was fine and reasonable price Delivered by DPD which is where is went awry Despite leaving a note on front door which is well back from the street they did not leave parcel where requested

Customer service was prompt and very friendly Found the sizes that we my wife required Disappointed that they did not accept my blue light card Most shops now do Come on Soletrader

Great boots but I don t like being called lovely or my love as if I m senile by someone who could be my daughter

My order was supposed to be click and collect but was actually order and ship to the store if this had been said at the onset I would have had my order shipped to my home This needs to be fixed on the website The store staff were great in trying to get this resolved but ultimately it was more complicated than it needed to be
