Great comfortable boots

I have purchased boots from Soletrader on several occasions I have never experienced any problems with this company the staff are friendly and the products are good quality No complaints here

I was looking for some DM brown boots- mysteriously I couldn t find them on the DM website but they there they were on Soletrader- right boots right colour right price- good delivery options and overall service What s not to like

Chelsea boots

Ordered a pair of Chelsea boots they arrived 2 days later with free delivery They were in very poor condition with worn soles and the heels pitted with small stone marks I took them to Chester store for a refund and the staff were stunned that they had been sent out by the warehouse Easily resolved with money refunded the following day The replacements I ordered were in pristine condition as I d have expected
