Great customer service from Mike the supervisor and the rest of the Oxford Street store I bought some trainers which were causing huge pain and was able to exchange for a better pair Appreciated their patience and willingness to help me out after paying a lot of money for new shoes

I made an order from Soultrader and after a couple of days I recieved an email from them apologising for not being able to fulfil the order since either the stock wasn t up to par or wasn t available The reason I m giving five stars is because of their customer service They were very polite in emailing me about it and even offering me a discount if I wish to purchase from them again which they didn t have to I believe they are a decent company and I wouldnt hesitate to order from them again My refund was also very swift My order number STR260884 which I either ordered on the 7th or 8th of March for a Sunday delivery and received the email on the 11th
