Absolutely the best Cruise booking company EVER Their prices are very competitive customer service is excellent special shout out to Summer who was amazing in sorting out issues with Seabourn recently What I do like about Sovereign is everyone is contactable even the MD who is not afraid to to be on social media cruise sites We recently had a cruise cancelled form Singapore to Dubai with less than a weeks notice I contacted the MD Stefan via a social media cruise site and his team were dealing with the situation in hours A top class company

The Club has kept us up to date so far

I have used them for over 20 years They answer the phone straight away and always return calls promptly They give the best prices and are always happy to help Prior to leaving for a cruise they contact me to see all is ok and on returning check it went well They are efficient caring and very helpful Their after booking service is excellent and their knowledge of the different cruise lines and ships is extremely useful They appear to be a happy team who have been together for many years I enjoy my interaction with them and they are my contact for cruising which we do a lot
