I sent everything back 4weeks ago and they didn t pay me I wrote 7 mails without response It s spam They let you sent over AliExpress cheap stuffs for 1000 prices I work hard for my money and somebody just spam you Be careful please with this shop

I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will never buy anything from Spargut com again I am making sure to inform all the people I know about my bad experience and how NOT correct they are I placed my order on 30 03 2024 and a couple of days later I noticed that they had tricked me badly I ordered anti-parasite leashes for my dogs and I noticed that they have copied the packaging of the original product and put another name on it I contacted them and asked for a return and refund even before I had received the goods It is really difficult to get in touch with them - they use bots and there is no way to contact or communicate with them They have received the returned goods on 25 04 2024 and until today 09 05 24 I have not received my money back I received an e-mail from them yesterday which said I will receive 66 eur while I paid 96 eur Unacceptable I will not tolerate this I hope my bad experience will help all other people avoid them

The worst customer service EVER I have been trying to get my money back for a product for three months They did not respond to my complaint emails and now they tell me that they are going to charge me because the article was in a warehouse problem all the import of the article They never responded with instructions they don t have phone numbers anywhere Scammers

I ordered some Paw Patrol figures for my grandchildren from Spargut and they were just awful and also did not look anything at all like their picture on Spargut website When I try to contact them to return it I get absolutely nowhere -- I do not remember my password for my account and continually get the same email over and over to get a new password Horrible customer service

Didn t get the order and they don t answer to any email They answered me below but still don t give any information via email where my order is could I get it once or get even re-funded Very sad part of this was that this was birthday gift to my son Anyhow don t order from this company
