From when I contacted Dan to discuss the prospect of a mortgage he was clear concise and succinct He understood exactly what my requirements were and how to go about ensuring I got the right loan for me Despite Dan being on paternity leave the process was handled smoothly in his absence with Emily working hard from the beginning to ensure that communication with the lender was kept up and there were to be no delays in me receiving the loan on which a separate purchase was contingent Both Dan and Emily have been professional timely and courteous throughout and I would thoroughly recommend their services
