They refused to give me a refund after my I initially canceled membership and the whole time I was on the impression that it got canceled but they took 100 from me and refused to give it back One of the financial Mangers names Abigail is beyond useless and a pathetic person If they want success they need transparency

To provide context I signed up for a free trial of Spocket Shopify app store As soon as I realized this app is no good random products with high costs I made sure to check my membership status before deleting the app from my Shopify store Under membership it shows I was on a basic plan and also they made it almost impossible to find the option to cancel so I thought I was good Guess what a few days later I was charged 99 after the trial concluded for the premium plan I immediately reached out to their customer service team to request a refund They agreed that there was no Shopify account linked to that Spocket account and that I ve never used their services adding products They then pretended to submit a refund request and told me they d reach out soon This is a lie by the way to delay your refund for as long as possible they only have a few employees mostly in Asia who play different roles and act like they have a whole refund department that reviews cases After being met with no responses for 13 days they finally reached out and said no they cannot issue a refund no surprise here I have to emphasize the fact that I never even used the service during the trial period and I did not receive any value from the service for which I was charged refund requested on the same day I was charged Additionally it is very unprofessional that the team initially acknowledged the lack of use and promised a resolution only to refuse to provide a refund and took 13 days to do that This is a warning message for you guys to be careful with these people The dropship business tends to attract the worst kind of business practices unfortunately

I was first time signing up and it said 14 day free trial I agreed I typed in my card details and proceed Then I got a notification on my phone that I was charnged 1 99 by Spocket What was that about They said the trial is completely free

Would give a zero stars if I could This company is not customer-centric they only care about stealing money How can they not refund a subscription that hasn t been used debited in advance I ve had countless other companies refund me if I forgot to cancel a trial and ended up not using their service Spocket doesn t care and their copy-paste responses to queries show this Nobody can afford an amount of 99 being deducted from their account that is unplanned for especially with the high exchange rates I hope you re happy you got your profit Pathetic

Awful service they call you a valued customer but they don t respect you your time or your money Their positive reviews looks like they are being paid for I m waiting for my refund more than a month now apparently it is my fault that their website does not work properly when I tried to cancel my subscription and after contacting them they said - my time and position in this situation is important to them Ha After 18 days from the previous email I can only say that probably the best way is to let others know that this is a scam and contact your bank to get the refund if you re in a similar situation

I canceled my plan because I had issues with the platform In return for compensation I received a free month which I didn t even use However Spocket resumed my plan without my knowledge and I was charged 100

AVOID They took 2 payments annual from my account for on 2 days back to back They have no customer service and no one will respond to you They will just take more payments I had to cancel my card and get a new one I know someone will reply to this comment saying email us and we will get it sorted blabla the truth is they don t want to sort it out or refund or anything Never do business with them their service is bad Their products are not very good references The only thing that want is your money and not give the best service

This company are a scam The positive reviews must be fake - please look online at independent reviews on Reddit etc to see how this company is ripping people off I signed up for the free trial and decided that the low quality of offerings was making my site look cheap Decided within a couple of days that I didn t want to use them Tried to cancel the free trial but was prevented from getting back into my account by a pop up screen which I would have had to sign up to the most expensive plan to get into the account I wasn t too worried as I had clicked onto the free plan so there wouldn t be a payment at the end of the free trial anyway FF a couple of weeks and 99 dollars is deducted from my account I m currently trying to communicate with these tricky people and just getting lie after lie from them Don t touch don t go near them many many people are being scammed Type into google Spocket is a scam company and you ll get all the evidence you need that this company is NOT legit
