Honestly I have no idea about socket But Iam trying

Signed up for a free fourteen day trial after reading about the service A pop up recommended upgrading to be able to use so called premium items After browsing products I realized that their fast shipping times are falsely advertised as many of the items are listed 5 days The premium products are also products I ve found on aliexpress which are not premium I reached out not even one hour later to their customer care team to cancel my account and obtain a refund I was told they don t refund annual plans and it is clearly stated in their policies which it s not- in fact they had to send me the link to the policy which is not listed on their help page at all I could see if it very clearly stated no refunds but that is not the case I could also understand if I had the service more than 24 hours but it wasn t even one whole hour Very poor business practices and would not recommend

Just starting drop shipping i joined many networking but i failed just wasted money now i want to try this dropship i hope i could have good experiences ahead

They offered a 2 week trial if I submit my payment info first so I did so and they charged me immediately I am hoping to get it fixed but either way I didn t have the money to be charged 50 now especially when they never told me I d be charged now I suggest other companies that may not require your payment info for a free trial UPDATE I still dont have the money that they took from me the money they did not have my permission to take the money they told me specifically that they would not take but did they still have it and are not doing anything about it They told me stop the payment through PayPal i logged in and the payment wasn t even pending it went through immediately so i had to dispute through PayPal and its been days with no response and still NO MONEY THANKS SPOCKET EFFF YOU not everyone has 50 to give away for no reason without even knowing about it ugghhhhh i can go on for days screw you guys

Items are too expensive so when we add the shipping cost to make it appealing to the customer it either end up being too expensive for them or a profit of 5 dollars max for us

As a newbie to drop shipping I was advised to try Spocket I am glad I did as everything is easy to learn I will recommend Spocket to anyone who is starting their business

Spocket do not update your inventorythey say that an item is is stock 2 out of 5 was not also it showed it is not reliable if you have a problem they will not answer dont have a phone as well drooped them from my system quickly spend time one good think they refunded me the last month

The issue I ve had with Spocket is the fact they are too drop shippers I ve found the same products for my niche on aliexpress Sometimes the prices were double The customer service was nice and replied fast They were easy to communicate with My biggest issue with this service is that most of the suppliers were dropshippers selling on this platform

I have a slightly negative experience with spocket co based in Canada because I have a Shopify website plus a Department of Revenue sole proprietorship business license with sales tax ID so I am authorized to sell things based on the state that I live in The reason why I initially signed up with spocket co is because I read all the rave reviews and everybody was so happy and giving glowing comments and testimonials about how excellent this company is and highly responsive and people are making supposedly lots of money with this company supporting business people online I ve got news for you So far I have not been able to get anywhere with this company and I probably won t because they have turned their back on me and just don t give a darn anymore about helping me I have a legitimate need to be helped and I feel this company just wants me to go away I went from the pro version at 49 dollars recently and went through the trial and then later decided to upgrade to the Empire level at 99 99 to supposedly have access to 10 000 products in the spocket database to have drop shipped to future customers and what I have discovered is spocket co computer servers apparently are intentionally disconnecting my Shopify store link to them at least five times I have asked for technical support since last Friday last week all the way through Monday of November 14th 2022 today and as of today s date that I m posting this review Ria and Prinz have not responded to me any further As of November 14th 2022 I have been waiting all day for a follow-up on what is going on with my account with this company based in Canada and nobody has responded to my request for assistance through my Gmail account like they did last week and over the weekend The s p o c k e t Representatives have chosen to be completely quiet They told me via email that they were monitoring the situation but on my side of things nothing has changed I tried for the fifth time today to reconnect my Shopify store link and it immediately terminated by store link yet again I am now at the point where I am ready to terminate my account via email request to them and no longer do business with them It is my hope that I will find a legitimate and excellent drop shipper somewhere online that will not exploit me or take advantage of me or ignore me All I want to do is have a positive wonderful experience with online customers and make sure that their product needs are met and to be there for them but I can t do that when the drop shipper is not doing their job or helping me to resolve this horrible website disconnection problem I wanted to explain my situation to people through trustpilot com and what I ve been through so far I really wanted this to work but it seems like I have been pushed aside as a spocket customer and am no longer considered somebody to help Thanks Spocket for nothing
