I am new to E-commerce and am still learning the software but Spocket is very straight forward and easy to navigate I did make a mistake by creating multiple accounts but Spockets customer service associates are so wonderful and helpful Eleanor was able to resolve my issue promptly and with the most kindness Thank you Spocket and specifically Eleanor

I worked with Earl to help me navigate some of the setup details to process orders for me new Shopify store using Spocket as one of my product supplier retailers Earl was very helpful and provided clear details with screenshots and instructions on what I needed to do Something I struggled with for a few days took minutes thanks to his help He also provided a resource for future guidance to help me get up and running I m glad I spent the time to chat with Earl and Spocket
