Do NOT order from this company They were quick to respond to pre-sales but after purchase have not heard anything No updates no items after 2 months Cannot call or no response from multiple emails Taking case up with Paypal

Ordred some parts for bindings 13 11 2020 that according to the website and customer service was in stock However 2 5 months later I still haven t received anything or heard from them despite trying to contact the seller by email messenger phone

Let s shut this place down

Bought a helmet and ski goggle over 3 weeks ago with apparent 2-day delivery Have not heard anything from them and have emailed about 10 times with almost 15 phone calls none of which are picked up I ve WhatsApp them and also left voicemails I strongly suggest that anybody who is also in this situation report this company to the police so that they can be shut down not just for us but for the sake of future buyers I will be filling a report tomorrow

DO NOT buy from Sports Discount The business model of the shop seems to be founded on fraud Ordered a ski binding both on stock and ready to dispatch received wrong binding and ski After contacting no more answers from the shop Reading other reviews it seems thats their standard behaviour

Avoid at all costs

Perplexing indeed their website seems professional and customer-oriented Ordered ski boots 700 CDN back in 7 December 2020 and have not received them as yet Noted that there was no tracking number given and tried emailing and calling them directly No response by email and they do not answer their phones I would like to say I was wrong but for now do not purchase from them

Order placed with promise of delivery within two days Two months later nothing received Despite multiple emails instant messages no reply Now forced to take action through credit card company to get refund Wish I had looked at the Trustpilot score before ordering and wasting my time

Still awaiting bindings I have paid for them months ago repeatedly emailed you called you but no response I will have to try and get the money back from pay pal Pointless to buy from them as they obviously do not send the items Luckily I am flying into Geneva soon so I will go to visit to see if it is actually a real company or just a scam

Spend a little more to avoid this place

Bait and switch and incompetent management I luckily got what I wanted but the bundle price was higher that advertised No problem I was told they ll refund the difference Well it s been about a year and after contacting them many times and either getting some dumb excuse or no reply at all I figured it s time to write a review to warn others to stay away I do want to note however that the problem is with the owner salesperson the technician I dealt with for mounting my bindings was very helpful and knowledgeable
