Gosport owes me 99 99 euros

I have put an order through the internet on the 18 02 2018 I have chosen to pay in the shop of la D fense I did pay within 24 hours on the 19 02 2018 I paid 99 99 euros I received an email after eight days informing me that the order was cancelled because I failed to pay within 72 hours after the 18 02 2018 which suppose to be the 21 02 2018 I called customer services I sent emails explaining the problem with a copy of the receipt The employee insisted that it wass a human error of the person in the shop and I have to go back to the shop to find a solution He refused to apologise as he thought it was not his fault and its the shop s fault I went to shop No success Then I received an email offering me to get refunded by sending my RIP I refused as I wanted the order to be delivered After 3 visits to the shop in la D fense an many emails I am in a dead end path La shop in la D fense have refused to refund me in my card blue that I paid with it Gosport owes me 99 99 euros I do not like the idea of sending my RIP to a place that I do not trust Any advice
