I m super surprised to read all the negative comments I m in no way affiliated with this company I searched for days for my dream snowboard which was a previous year model and sold out everywhere in the United States Then I came across sports-discount net a small ski shop in Switzerland and they had it in stock for a reasonable price So I placed the order then contacted them with a few questions They responded to my messages less than an hour later They informed me I had to pay the difference for shipping since it cost more to ship internationally I paid the difference via PayPal and my order shipped the next day I didn t get a tracking number but my Shop app sent me one and I was able to track my shipment that way I placed the order September 1st and my board was delivered September 7th The snowboard arrived in pristine condition still wrapped in plastic and was exactly what I ordered I would definitely order from them again

I m not affiliated with this company in any way and after reading the reviews thought I d blown my money But either I got lucky or they ve changed their ways because my item arrived on time I m in Australia and they promptly responded to the two emails I sent them Yes their English is broken but understandable and no they didn t give me a tracking number but so what I got what I paid for on time I have no complaints at all

Seems to be classic discounts shop And you should probably know that before ordering My story - was looking for particular set of skis for a long time found them on Sports Discount placed order before reading reviews And got them after 3 weeks Not the best package but all goods are intact So my verdict - nice discounter just use paypal to be safe with your money and don t expect order to be delivered in next 24hours - P S tracking numbers on site and on package didn t match however both there DPD s
