Poor customer service almost dishonest I ordered a skiset but an item was missing They acknowledged but never sent the missing item and never reply to emails For discounted prices you get discounted service

The communication with this company was lousy until I said in an email that I was concerned that this was a fraudulent company I got a very rapid response The product I ordered was received a bit over a week later exactly as described and in excellent condition I would order from them again knowing that communication will not be great but the product will be

They are actually legit if a bit disorganized

I did not receive an order confirmation and my email inquiry went unanswered so after checking the reviews here I was convinced I m not going to see my skis but they did arrive after 3 weeks I also talked to them eventually and they were rather friendly

Great Prices - Not Great Communication

This shop has great prices for many items I recently bought a Jones Flagship snowboard from them and I received it within a week in perfect condition I did get a little worried as they send an email saying your item has been dispatched and I still hadn t received a tracking number 5 days later I called them and they sent me the tracking number and the board arrived two days later The customer service guy I spoke to wasn t quite rude but he wasn t particularly polite either Overall I d say this place is good for a bargain but don t expect great communication from them
