I Ordered 2 Pittsburgh Steelers Christmas ornaments spent over 30 dollars on my credit card now it keeps saying my stuff is in transit but has been in same place for 4 days I have emailed these people twice no response cant find no number to call them VERY upset as I lost my 27 yr old this September an these gifts were for his oldest brother an my one i lost I was going to put on my Christmas tree in memory of him Its mighty funny how my items supposedly went from Arkansas to Knoxville Tennessee which is 40 minutes from me an than traveled to Smyrna Tennessee 3 hrs south of me an sitting there for days How do I rate you a minus zero I will be contacting my bank an the bbb on this for fraud

I order a family set of Pajamas over 200 on November 22 I have not got an email or anything The tracking showing as if they left the store it hasn t I have contacted my bank requesting my money back not playing with tthem Do not order from them Christmas is next week thats a Damm shame

Placed order for gaitor scarves and masks May 16 and still no response or update The page keeps saying order unfulfilled This company has the worst customer service meaning NO CUSTOMER SERVICE because I ve sent at least 6 emails with no response over the last few weeks and today is June 8 2020 And they have the NERVE to keep sending me email advertisements to add insult to injury I know the order is probably originating from China but at LEAST update your customers If I don t get a response soon I ll be contacting PayPal and filing a claim

I purchased a gator for the NE Patriots get the package 2 weeks later and it is for the wrong team Email them immediately and they ask me to send a picture as if I m lying The options they offer to correct THEIR error are keep it for 25 off ha Or they send me a postage paid envelope so I can return the item THEN they give me a refund UNACCEPTABLE They messed up they should send me my money back immediately Buy your sports apparel elsewhere JCPenney Kohls etc have great selection and much better customer service

I Definitely didn t read any reviews Wish I would have I just ordered from them and they changed a product I ordered to something else without saying a word This is crazy and with it being the holidays it s going to take for ever to get this situation resolved I will not be ordering from them ever again

An order was placed and we were told would ship at the end of May We received an update on May 29 stating it was shipped which took us to Fed Express Now over a week later Fed Exp states that only a label has been created and indeed our items have NOT been even submitted to Fed Express We sent two emails inquiring on the status and an update and TOTAL SILENCE The first email stating the items have been shipped appears deceptive business practices The lack of ANY response to the customer service is disrespectful at best

Not worth 1 star Ordered May 5 Online status shows nothing beyond ordered SFI charged my credit card the day the order was taken Reputable companies charge at time of shipping Two unanswered emails requesting a shipping update third email to cancel my order Filed a disputed charge with my credit card company and lodged a complaint with the Texas AG office Update The day after I emailed SFI cancelling my order and contacting my cc company to dispute the charge I received an email from SFI with a Fedex tracking number indicating my items were received by Fedex in Memphis and are due to arrive 6 15 Too little too late
