Support is fairly decent but I keep getting kicked off the family plan I ve tried 4 accounts used different IPs and family plan countriesI ve done all the steps properly and it s still kicking me out you might aswell just pay the normal spotify price it s not your time

I mean they re legit but when your account stops working and you need a response don t expect to get one expect to pay the 5 for a new account I ve had a support ticket open for several days with no response but my order for a new account was completed instantly Hopefully this review can get some attention and I can get that replacement

Worked perfectly for 5 days after that i got removed from the premium family i contacted them and got a new fresh key i used it and in 30 minuted i got removed again now they just keep ignoring me

Support may not be 24 7 but at least you re not having a robot feed you a endless chain of the same What s your issue loop end on end when they re posted as online they will be there quickly to help you with your needs Told the agent my issue and a few minutes later my issue was resolved nearly instantly EDIT Shortly after writing this review both accounts I had upgraded were removed from the premium plan after using their replacement service they had been removed again within an hour My experience in attempting to renew the premium services on said accounts has been miserable Hence the 1 star review I m giving as of now Furthermore another edit The next day after contemplating a refund a support agent did go over my support ticket and helped me get through the issues I was having I will admit to being fairly frustrated during my last edit given some problems were of my own accord My experience all throughout however will have to hover around 3 stars

I thought this might be a great page because I had good experience with accountbot io Sadly the payment is still processing 3 days after paying with bitcoin I have opened a ticket just now If they respond I ll update my review Edit Two weeks ago I ve made the payment Got multiple responses and chatted a bit with them Last Response 6 days ago was Notified Yesterday I sent a message I m still waiting Still not response I probably just got scammed Edit 2 5 more days have passed still nothing They are just ignoring me now Edit 3 FINALLY They responded and upgrade worked successfully I now have Spotify premium Sadly took almost a month hopefully it will last a bit

Besides the fact that I had to swap from my main account a risk that comes for premium at a price as low as this - not to mention a one time pay the service does what it promises - free Spotify premium Been using it for the last 3 days and haven t had an issue since that episode The support has solved a ticket of mine in 24hr so I d say support was quick aswell

FYI People lately have been asking for the new link it is spotify ax not spotify ac You ll notice it is still a WIP migration it seems but your old codes and links all work if you just replace ac with ax This service has never failed me or my customers My own personal account has been tied with an upgraded plan for the past two years Never had an issue As somebody who uses this service for my own customers I can say I have had quite a bit of personal experience using this service There is some 30 chance that the Premium fails within the first week almost always within an hour but luckily they provide a replacement service so you can simply get a new code for free I have only had one upgrade in all this time fail more than twice in a row Sadly though I do have a few issues Namely if an account works for 1 year or longer you can no longer simply get a new code You will still be given a new account with Premium free of charge however they do this process manually I assume this is to entice you to just buy a new code But support will give a new account Premium within 24 hours in my experience so it s okay
