It was good just the savings part seems a little pushy and judgy with my credit I am trying to build it but at the same time done want to be in a loan and the savings part at the same time and not be able to afford and they were a little judgy about it

At first I felt pressured to apply for the loan as I had started filling out the paperwork online before finishing I stopped I did receive a phone call it wasn t until I spoke with the manager where she explained things better and then allowed me to think about it for a couple days It gave me the peace of mind I needed to make a informative decision

Rossa was professional kind and patient with me through the whole process as I am computer poor The second person the senior manager of loans or what ever he calls himself was not only rude impatient arrogant but also made me wait over 15 minutes on hold then we were disconnected
